King Rush
Hi there, I made an Endless Runner Game Demo using Unity 6.0 while learning Game Development course from Udemy. In this game the King is caught in an endless run where objects and hazards are forced in his way to escape , where multiple objects and hazards are being thrown into him that will take away his health if they hit him. King can collect coins to add to score and apple to regenerate the health. There are also checkpoints which adds to time spent on the run. When the King loses all his health, the game ends briefly to show final score he earned from collecting coins and spending time on the run. After 5 seconds the run starts again as king tries to escape indefinitely. I learned a lot of mechanics from the course and implemented some different from my understanding. The art style and assets are mostly used from the course as I spent most time on learning new mechanics and methods , as this was my first time properly implementing procedural generation. Assets are provided by GDTV and some animations are used from Mixamo.
